THE COTTAGE - SLEEPS 2

The cottage forms part of the main house and was once the old tractor barn, features of which have still been retained today due to the grade II listing of the property, namely the large entrance door and the stone steps leading up to the bedroom, or old hayloft.

 

 

 

 

LOUNGE / DINING ROOM

You enter the accommodation, which takes in the sun throughout the day, into the good sized lounge/dining room with wooden floors and occasional rugs. Soft colour tones and lighting compliment the stone wall features and wooden beams. A couple of stairs take you up to the well equipped fitted kitchen, which benefits from a dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine and coffee machine. The cupboards are well stocked with basic provisions, cookware and all the comforts you would expect from home 

 

 

 

BEDROOM

Natural stone stairs from the kitchen take you up to the good sized main bedroom with vaulted ceilings and cast iron fireplace adding to its charms. An ensuite shower room with power shower completes the layout of this exceptional country cottage. 

 

 

 

 

GARDEN

There is a small enclosed garden opposite the cottage for our guests to enjoy a relaxing sit down with a complimentary bottle of wine, and watch the world go by - just what you need after a days exploring . All in all this makes Lea Cottage the perfect place to explore the many delights the Peak District has to offer.
